Sensors from MiNaLab installed at the SLAC Linac Coherent Light Source

MiNaLab sensor imageSilicon pixel sensors fabricated at MiNaLab, have recently been installed in a detector located at the SLAC Linac Coherent Light Source, forming key imaging elements for structural biology studies. Using the detector, scientists were able to successfully view the protein structures of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome CoronaVirus-2. The studies will provide invaluable opportunities to design effective drug and treatment against the fight of COVID19.’
