February 19, 2014

On Thursday 17th of January the Minister of Education Torbjørn Rød Isaksen (C) visited UiO MiNaLab. The purpose of the visit was to get more insight into how the University of Oslo collaborates with industrial partners in research and education.

The Minister was impressed by the user facilities and the research activity at UiO MiNaLab. He referred to MiNaLab as “a good example of how applied research manages to stay relevant to the industry” and also being “world-leading in its field”.  See link in Norwegian http://www.regjeringen.no/nb/dep/kd/aktuelt/nyheter/2024/kunnskapsministeren-besokte-uio.html?id=749451
